Photo and Media Release Policy – African American Association of Sun Lakes
The African American Association of Sun Lakes regularly hosts meetings, events, and activities
where photographs or videos may be taken.
Use of Media
By attending Club meetings or events, participants acknowledge that photographs, video, or
audio recordings may be captured and used for promotional and historical purposes. These
images and recordings may be used on:
- The Club website
- Social media platforms
- Printed flyers and programs
- Other official Club publications
No compensation will be provided for the use of such media.
Opt-Out Option
The Club respects the privacy preferences of its members and guests. If you do not wish to be
photographed or included in published media, you may request to opt out.
To opt out, please notify the Club in writing through the website contact form prior to or
immediately following an event. Reasonable efforts will be made to honor such requests.
Event-Specific Notices
At certain events, additional signage or announcements may be provided regarding
photography and recording.
