African American Association of Sun Lakes
Founded in 2010, the African American Association of Sun Lakes has been a steadfast community presence for over a decade. From humble beginnings, we have grown into one of the most influential and energetic social clubs in the area.
About Us
A.A.A.S.L. was founded in 2001, by a small group residing in Sun Lakes, AZ. This group wanted to connect both culturally and socially with others having like interests & backgrounds. AAASL is a non-profit organization with the goal of bringing people together in the spirit of fellowship for people 50 yrs young + older.
Events we enjoy
Monthly Game Nite
Monthly Game Nite with group games like Mexican Train, Bid Whist and multiple other games. Bring your favorite Snack/Appetizer to share and enjoy the fellowship for a couple of hours.
Jazz in the Park
Jazz in the Park is an annual event with music and catered food. This event is held outdoors during the delightful Spring months in Chandler, Arizona. Tickets are presold. Stay tuned for more information about the upcoming 2024 Event being held on April 13th, 2024.
Holiday Event Party
Join our Annual Holiday Event Party with catered food and live entertainment. Enjoy Food, Fun and Dancing. This event is held at the end of the year. Tickets to this event are presold.
