REFUND & EVENT DISCLAIMER POLICY
African American Association of Sun Lakes
EVENT REFUND POLICY
The African American Association of Sun Lakes (AAASL) strives to provide quality events and
activities for our members and guests. To ensure proper planning and fairness, the following
refund policy applies to all AAASL-sponsored events:
- All event purchases are non-refundable within 14 days prior to the scheduled event
date. - Refunds may only be issued in cases of extenuating circumstances, as determined solely at
the discretion of the AAASL Board. - Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing through the website contact form and will
be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. - Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
This policy applies to tickets, registrations, and fees collected for AAASL-sponsored events
unless otherwise stated for a specific event.
DISCLAIMER REGARDING NON-AAASL EVENTS
From time to time, the AAASL website may list or promote events that are not organized,
sponsored, or hosted by AAASL.
Please note the following:
- The African American Association of Sun Lakes does not sponsor or manage Non-AAASL events listed on this website.
- These events are shared solely as a courtesy to our members and the broader community.
- AAASL reserves the right to post events that align with the interests and values of our membership and community.
- AAASL is ?not responsible for the accuracy, content, scheduling, location, or any changes related to Non-AAASL events.
- Individuals are encouraged to verify all event details and to contact the event organizers directly with any questions or concerns.
Listing of a Non-AAASL event on our website does not imply endorsement or responsibility by
the Club.
VENDOR AND ADVERTISING NOTICE
AAASL appreciates the support and participation of our valued vendor community. We are
committed to maintaining transparency and open communication regarding all vendor
relationships and advertising practices.
The Club reserves the right to modify, update, or adjust vendor listings, advertisements, or
promotional placements as needed to best serve the interests of our members and organization.
Any changes to vendor or advertising practices will be communicated appropriately.
