Member Advertising Rules & Guidelines

AAASL Member Advertising Policy and Disclaimer

The African American Association of Sun Lakes (AAASL) offers Member Only advertising opportunities on its website to inform members and the public about upcoming events and activities relevant to the organization's mission. This policy outlines the requirements and guidelines for submitting and accepting advertising content. By submitting your $5.00 fee you are agreeing to these requirements and guidelines.

Acceptance and Disclaimer: 

● The publication of an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement of the advertised event or activity by AAASL. 

● AAASL assumes no responsibility for any event or activity submitted by an individual to the website. 

● All advertisements are provided solely for informational purposes to AAASL members and those who may view our site. AAASL will not collect any payments, answer or take any phone calls or questions about said event. 

● AAASL reserves the right to reject any advertisement deemed inappropriate for its website at its sole discretion. 

Eligibility and Fees: 

●  Advertising opportunities are currently available to AAASL members only.  Advertising must only be an Event. Advertisement must have the Member’s name and contact info clearly displayed on the advertisement for contact purposes. All advertisements must be submitted in a professional and respectful manner via email to info@aaasl.club in the form of a PDF or PNG format

● The current fee for a single advertisement is $ 5.00, displayed for a 30-day period or until event date ends. No ongoing dates will be accepted. 

Content Guidelines: 

● Content should be relevant to AAASL's mission and its members' interests. 

● Advertisements should be clear, concise, and free of errors. Advertisement must be no larger than 8.5 x 11. All advertising content must fit within the guildelines of the maximun document size 

● Avoid misleading or deceptive statements. ● Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
